How to login with EU eID

EU eID (European Electronic Identification) is a single electronic identification system that allows EU citizens to securely prove their identity online across Member States.

Create an account EU eID

I have an EU eID and a contact in the domain registry

If you already have a contact in the .CZ domain registry, just link the electronic identity to this contact as follows:

• Request an transfer password (authInfo) via form
  • Select object type - Contact
  • Enter its identifier - Contact identifier from the .CZ domain registry
  • Keep the option - Send to e-mail in the registry
• Wait a few minutes for the application to process and you will receive your password by email
• Login to Domain browser using EU eID
• You will be redirected to the website Do you have a contact in the .CZ registry?
• Fill in the contact identifier and transfer password (authInfo) you received
• After successfully linking the contact to the identity, you will be redirected to the Domain Browser application, the next time you log in, you will just use the EU eID

I have an EU eID but no contact in the domain registry

If you do not have a contact in the register, it will be automatically created and linked to the EU eID as follows:

• Log in to Domain Browser via EU eID
• You will be redirected to the website Do you have a contact in the .CZ registry?
• Then select I don't have one, I want to create a new contact
• The Contact Registration form will be pre-filled with personal data from the EU eID, you will fill in your contact details and address.
• After clicking the Register button, a contact and connection with the EU eID will be created, the next time you log in you will only use the EU eID.

Advantages and limitations of logging in with EU eID

If you login with your EU eID, you will have the following options to make edits and changes in the Domain browser:

1. View data
2. Disclose/hide personal information in the domain registry
3. Disclose/hide address in the domain registry
4. Set transfer password (AuthInfo)
5. Merge identical contacts
6. Access to Domain auctions
7. Block/unblock domain, NSSET and KEYSET changes
